Indian Army to organise Symposium on self-reliance in defence technology

New Delhi: Indian Army is organising North Tech Symposium 2022 on 6-7 May at Udhampur as part of its effort to promote the Make In India initiative in defence technology.

According to an official statement by an Indian Army Spokesperson at Udhampur, the symposium organised by the Northern Command of the Indian Army will focus on the Government's vision of self-reliance in defence technologies.

He said, "North Tech Symposium 2022 will showcase cutting edge technologies providing solutions to the operational challenges faced by Northern Command."

"Indian Army along with DRDO India is dedicated to achieving the goal of Atma Nirbhar Bharat," he added.
