The Combat experienced troops of the Maratha Light Infantry Regiment of the Indian Army and 30th Infantry Regiment of JGSDF participated in the exercise this year.

The two sides together carried out a mock drill during the joint military exercise at Maratha Light Infantry Regimental Centre in Belagavi, Karnataka.
