Lucknow: Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with RailTel Corporation of India Limited (Railtel) for co-operation in the field of cloud services, IoT, eGovernance, smart cities, networks for defence projects and mission-critical communication systems for domestic and international markets. The MoU has been signed in the presence of BEL's CMD MV Gowtama and RailTel's CMD Puneet Chawla, during the ongoing DefExpo 2020 in Lucknow on Thursday.
